FAQ’s

Will I get Recordings of these sessions?

In CIM live sessions, participants are encouraged to share any struggle they are going through and wish to resolve. In order to protect the privacy of the participants, the sessions will not be recorded. However, you will receive audio files of guided meditations and processes used in the session for you to practice at your own time.

I’m a busy person. I’m not sure how long these sessions are for?

These are 20-30 mins sessions per day. For days you are unable to attend for unforeseeable reasons, you will recieve the audio files of the meditation process.

What type of Healing will I get?

We use Mindfulness, Meditation and Manifestation techniques. We have designed a Unique meditation inspired from the teachings of Master Choa Kuk Sui, Dr. Joe Dispenza , Lynn Mctaggart’s “The Intention Experiment” & Emotional Freedom Technique to amplify your healing.

What kind of problems can be address through Circle of Mindfulness?

If you are dealing with Health Issues, Constant negative thoughts or Difficult Emotions that you wish to resolve, COH is for you.

I have never Meditated before. Can I still participate in this program?

Yes, the process that has been designed is simple yet powerful. We will take you through the process step-by-step. All you need is an Intention to heal and to show-up for 30mins everyday for 11days.
